First Reflection

What I have been learning in class is information that I am going to need in while I am teaching. But Also to teach my kids one day about the technology that our world has. It is important that we all understand how to use the technology in out lives. That we make it a goal to understand it. The personal reflection project was good for me to realize how much I need to learn about technology. It helped me to focus in on my weaknesses so that I can work on them. Now that I know the importance of technology and how much our students need it in their education because it is how they learn. I want to help my students learn the best way that they can. I need to think of ways that I can bring technology into the dance studio. So that the dancers can use it in their own creative process. The video that we watched about how the students of the millennium are not being taught with technology and that is all that they use in their lives. Made me really think how much technology is taking over. Our world is going to continue to grow and enhance. I as a teacher need to be the one that brings them that technology and help then learn it.
